Guys, let's get one thing straight: We are dealing with climate alarmists who have and are following an agenda. Michael E. Mann, the one that created the first "hockey stick" graph, has a legal fund in the tens of millions. Now, what college professor, earning a college professor salary, has a college fund worth 20+ million AND WHY? Well, because when they all started the climate alarmism BS, they knew they were going to be asked for the data by other scientists and, knowing they cooked the numbers ("hide the decline," or hiding the Medieval Warming Period) they would most likely be asked for the data in their regression models, even by court demand, so they decided to silence all detractors via the court system.
I invite anyone, ANY ONE, to check out who started it all. It's a close-knit core group of "scientists." It's all the same group, all the time, doing the same work.
Check out the Mann vs. Tim Ball case. Or the Steyn vs. Mann case, where even the presiding judge threw out ALL (but one) of Mann's "expert witness" for lack of integrity, especially Oreskes: "The judge allowed her to testify strictly about the general peer-review process and how scientific consensus is built. However, she was strictly forbidden from discussing Mann’s specific research, his methodology, or whether his data was manipulated, as the judge ruled any such comments from her would be entirely speculative."
