him saying things on video isnt evidence of a crime.. :D

No but that's not why they have charged him. He's said it on video and the ages of the girls have been verified :D I mean whipping a 15 or 16 year old girl on video in a sexual context. It's pretty indefensible.

I think the video showed that one of the girls Andrew had on in earlier earlier videos disputing some of other girls' allegations has also now alleged abuse, I think the name was "Vivian." I think had been underage as well at the start. Also, crypto rug pulls maybe isn't illegal but probably should be :D

And, from the American perspective at least a grown ass man having sex with a sub-18 girl makes the man a pdfile. American Getbiggers concur. If not illegal in some countries then certainly immoral. He bragged that he could do anything in Romania but now that they also hounded him he said Romania doesn't have "free speech" so now he was in the U.S., the land of the free. At least so far, him being a Trump supporter hasn't protected him. Too lazy to look up where he was arrested but some time back Ron DeSantis said he wasn't welcome in Florida :D

UK charging him may be political, I think it most likely is, as the UK elites are pedos and perverts as well but that doesn't mean he didn't break the law :D

I saw that it's his team posting on Andrew's behalf. I don't know why others thought him having a cellphone was standard these days or even possible. The posts about him having to drink brown water and his neighbor being a cannibal was pretty cringe stuff.

Notice the German said he had no problem with Iranian Muslims. If someone said the difference is that Somalians are genetically inferior 70 IQ ni*gers and Iranians are white Aryans (Iran basically means Aryan) what would Asmongold's response be? Would he agree publicly or say it himself? Truth telling only goes so far if you have something to lose :D

I mean I like Asmongold overall even though he shills for Jew wars. But at the same time his truth telling is very safe. Making fun of lunatic liberals isn't radical, everyone does it. BTW Kwon did you start watching Asmongold after I posted some of his clips on here? I remember thinking that's what happened :D

I’m the one the originally posted that video because this explained.

Yes, he flat out admits to being a scammer and criminal.

He breaks UK law repeatedly and will be going to jail.

Well I think I posted it 2 days before :D, but it's a well made video which I stumbled on by chance and if someone is wondering whether he's guilty they should watch. Like I said I won't feel sorry for him even if him being prosecuted is political. It doesn't matter than I'm likewise red pilled on some of the stuff he talks about he's a POS regardless :D

Just read he already has 3 kids and a 4th on the way, Tristan has 8.  This is getting to be an Alabama trailer park type family.
The kids will have to visit them in prison.

The Telegraph article provides an overview of the conditions surrounding Andrew and Tristan Tate's detention at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Miami, Florida, as they await a formal extradition request to the UK to face rape and sexual assault charges.
Key points from the article include:
Extradition & Detention Context
 * Current Status: The Tate brothers were arrested on July 18 and are being held in FDC Miami's Special Housing Unit (SHU) for safety reasons, segregated from the general population.
 * Extradition Process: UK authorities face a deadline to submit formal extradition documents to transport the brothers back to Britain.
Reported Jail Conditions
 * Facility Overcrowding & Hygiene: FDC Miami houses criminal pre-trial detainees as well as hundreds of ICE immigration detainees. Human rights reports and inmate testimonies detail squalid conditions, including lack of air conditioning in extreme heat, cockroach infestations, unhygienic toilets, and severe overcrowding. Two ICE detainees have recently died at the facility.
 * Separation & Restrictions: In the special housing unit, the Tates are allowed only five hours of recreation time per week and one phone call per month.
Complaints by the Tates & Their Defense
 * Severe Discomfort: Lawyers and hand-written notes from Tristan Tate claim the brothers are miserable, hungry, losing weight, and being denied basic grooming products. Receipts show they have been buying ramen noodles and chips to supplement their diet.
 * Pepper Spray Exposure: Their legal team alleged that pepper spray deployed by guards against another inmate drifted into the Tates' cell, burning their eyes and airways without proper medical decontamination provided afterward.
Responses from Authorities
 * Weight Claims Disputed: A judge contradicted claims of weight loss, noting court records showed the brothers had not lost weight and may have actually gained a few pounds since entering the facility.
 * Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Statement: The BOP maintained that while FDC Miami is "not a Marriott," the confinement conditions are constitutional, reasonable, and designed to ensure safety while fulfilling standard operational protocols.
