This is just a feel good measure. It's 5 stories by 2029, one per borough. The thrill of 30% off groceries will wear off when people realize these city markets are deep in the hood. Also, I'm hearing limited hours, and just staple items. Cries of "Why you don't got no Cheetos?" will be heard. They really seem like they're going to be a weird cross breed of grocery and food pantry.
