You guys disagree but I think I've seen cases where it's like you have to immediately stop when the threat is no longer present and you can run away or whatever, so I'd guess some lawyers would take the case on behalf of the black? For sure if the Puerto Rican (?) was white and yelled the N-word as she stomped the head
If you knock someone out , just stamp all over their hands, that way when they wake up they cant attack you again..much harder to convict you for hand stamping.
My brother was attacked by some stupid Iranian and my bro bent his fingers all the way back so he had to get surgery and metal rods and everything. Didn't press charges
