I like
weighted dips 3x8
close grip bench 3x8
pushdowns 3x8 or 3x12

Sometimes switch around so i do skullcrushers or overhead DB extensions as a change tho.

What are the best exercises to pack on mass to the lateral head of the triceps?  This is a lagging area for me...I usually don't to alot of "isolation" movements like DB kickbacks or rope extensions; should I be?   I like sticking to heavy basic movement like weighted dips, close-grip bench presses and heavy overhead extensions.  Any advice is appreciated.

-Bench dips.
-Pushdowns but with elbows apart, doing a CG movement downwards
-Rope extensions, using a wide grip at the bottom of the ROM.
-Cross-the-chest single-grip pulley extensions-using a single handle cable, pull from one shoulder across the chest to the other shoulder.
-Close-grip pushups with hands at angles.
