He was great, I feel like he had a weak chest though, but his arms, legs and back were great, he could've been top 3, why didn't he go to California and meet up with Joe Weider?? It's beyond me

Midget? Dreher was 5'8"; average height is 5'7. And he was taller than the two guys who won the Olympia and '82 and '83 (Dickerson and Bannout, respectively).
