ya know, on http://musclememory.com, you can click on Advanced Search and search by country.

this would show all athletes who competed in international amateur events, such as the IFBB European Amateur Championships and World Amateur Championships, but only when home country was listed in the results that I received.

The only thing you guys got going in Italy is Ferrari...and only rich folks can afford those..we have our own wine, and who needs Pizza when GYROS are soooo much better?

Look at mIke arvilla, he was on the heavy side, and he lookd light year better than you! CHISELED!

Mike just put this pic up, its the best by far..insane folks, insane...*cough* cough* Alexx, putting on some bodyfat while trying to get big is normal, especially if your doing it naturally. Later.

Or you could just never be that tubby to begin with so you don't have to diet down unless you plan to compete
