Yes, Getbig only considers someone "not fat" when their year round bf% stays at about 3.75% and 250lbs.....anything more and you're friggin fat piece o' shit.

I think I saw my abs when I was 17!


Uhhh, that was about 10 or so years ago.  And I'm eating some onion rings right now to make sure I maintain the status quo. :)
