Don't you find them expensive?  I pay .50-.73/dozen so I don't care about tossing the yolk (I feed them to some wild cats that hang around).

eggs in carton and all that is very expensive. buy the box of eggs for cheap. I put 3 raw eggs in my shakes. raw eggs won't hurt you. even if they have salmonela if you're a healthy adult you can fight it easily. only babies and the old need to worry.

(Besides being quite disgusting on eggs), Ketchup contains Methylparaben, which as the title indicates, a paraben which stimulates an estrogenic response in the body.  Avoid.

Hard boil, remove yolk, add a little hot sauce and you have a great tasting egg.

Brown rice and egg is great. Add a little ground beef and some peas.  I love it.
