NO2 (didn't pay for it) didn't work. Something that did work was MHP T-BOMB (the original one).

When I started lifitng I tried this stuff called Cell Tech.  Ever heard of it.    :-\

Cell Tech, another "wonder" supplement which would miraculously add a good amount of brutal muscle tissue to your frame.

I just stick with the whey protein as a supplement.

1-test was no joke. I'm sure a lot of guys that do gear will come on and say it's crap, but all I know that when I did it I put on over 10lbs. in about 2 weeks and my strength went through the roof. I also got so pumped it was almost painfull.

I still have a bottle of M1T sitting in the cupboard ;D ;D

I didn't buy this, but I was amazed that AST Research, a company whose marketing strategy was to expose B.S. supplements, put out pure Dextrose (corn sugar) under a fancy name for $30.00/a bottle....

You can get Dextrose from a health food store for $2.00/a 2lb bag......

I make better gains now without supplements and a better workout program than back in 1995 when I was in college and constantly buying creatine, andro (remember that one) and ripped fuel. Sometimes going back to the basics is where it is at.

Yup, I did the same crap LOL.
Now I stick with whey pro, creatine, a thermogenic along with NO2 product.
