Will Smith in Ali....he suposed to have put on 30 lbs of muscle for that movie...I know he wasn't real ripped,but still put on a lot of size.

Nicholas cage was always athletic, he was really muscular in Birdy, he was just 20 during the film, doing press behind the neck and military press, he was ripped to the bone, I think he has a solid sports backround.

It amazing how soft, skinny, fat actors turn into ripped conditioned athletes for a role. If you don't think there juicing your nuts. How many look good for a role and revert back to their nothing prior physique? Have you seen the before and after pictures of Carrot Top? I think he's using creatine and whey.

most likely true. its almost like a girdle, acts like one to keep in the extra a$$ and put it in the right place. a lot of people use them for reward diners, events, etc. for the skimpy dresses. guys use them too. tighten yourself up by 15lbs. in less than 10 mins. many, many people use duct tape also, especially for the boob area. small % of celebs look like thier pcs/movies in the flesh. nicole ritchie used to be a little fat girl, then after her tv show became anorexic.

Doesn't it, Nicolas Cage (that horrible bullshit airplane prisoner movie where Buscemi was supposed to be transformed into a nice guy after meeting a small girl, fat chance!!!).

Ed Norton in American History X, is another example. The problem for these guys would obviously to get that big and stay fairly cut.

Bulking up and putting on mass, not the biggest problem IMO.

I somehow doubt that there are as many as some people would make it out to be though.

Yeah, but I don't think he's a roider. He weightlifts for sure, but he's naturally huge and has a bit of a belly.
