I believe the guy should just drop weight and just start hitting machines and dumbells and cables...Change his whole look...Start volume training at 80% max...come in to a show at 230...stay there every year and just work on being harder and harder every time...

I'm all for progressive overload and using heavy weights, that's fine but does this guy do a single rep by himself on anything?  No, I've never watched his training vids but I have seen previews and pics and it seems like he's got a spotter helping him on everything..my fav is the one where he's doing some smith machine squats with like 6 guys around him..can you say overkill??

You guys remember all the smack between Him and Titus when it first went off...Titus was always saying he would kill Kamali and threatening him, but Kamali just called him a clown and said he was a joke.  What do you think Kamali thinks now?  Do you think he's like "holy shit craig was for real, I'm lucky I'm not some pig roast in the trunk of a car somewhere?"
