Ron, you baby Kamali, and other controversial figures in this sport. These guys are grown men, and every time that you post your little 2 cent 2 paragraph ramblings that pamper and protect Kamali, it has the appearance that you do it in an attempt to placate him, so that he will continue posting....to make this board more entertaining...and to get more people clicking....and it is working... Yes doing this, and deleting the REAL negative Kamali threads will keep him here a while, Ron. You're a real P.T Barnum....

Thanks! Whether it is Kamali or anyone else now, the time for malicious attacks is done. Don't you get it already? No matter who it is, it takes time, effort and dedication to become a pro in bodybuilding, so yes, some respect is there. Same with National competitors, and even local NPC competitors. the REAL negative threads you keep refering to are singers and stupid malicious posts that are meant to hurt, and are not amusing to many.

Now as for Kamali, I asked him the questions that people wanted to hear. Will post the interview up tonight. And yes, I asked me about what he will say about Shawn, how is stomach was fat, and his attitude. Be pataint. It takes time to write it up with a full time job.

Can't be bothered to trawl through all this shit but King looked ok considering his poor structure and the poor way he seems to present himself in the mandatories.

I am far from a fan of King's but he certainly has a very valid point with respect to Chad "you're so great how did any pro ever get in shape without you?" Nichols. This is a guy who will always pull someone down if they no longer work with him and it is no surprise the sheep on his board are laying into King. King may be a little delusional but so is Chad the way he implies that any success a guy has is solely down to him. Nutritionist my butt! He knows a little about diuretics and that's it. Only those without the brains to prepare themselves could possibly gain anything from this buffoon.

I came a couple points away from qualifying for the Olympia and whether you like to believe it or not many thought I beat Willmore... Not making it up, just stating the facts. I really believe I did well yesterday and my new trainer and I will sit down next week and see what we can do to keep improving.

Remember, if I can make the same types improvements as I did this time, I will be just that much better the next time. Do yourselves and the sport a favor and think before you post and bring a little class back to this already fucked up industry. I know some of you will never change but most of you can and will... Stop the bashing and start learning and maybe one day you too will step on stage and see how hard it really is.

I have to say as you came out of the pro ranks you caused a huge comotion naming and disrespecting your peers. The people who somehow or some way inspired you and paved the way for you in this industry. You were contracted by supplement companies because they thought they could capitalize on this "bad boy" exposure and you continued for years...I have to say I was one of those haters but I kept it to myself. We also had our own personal difference in the past...BUT, when I heard that you were back in training and preparing for the NY Pro. I myself was expecting the usual "loud mouth" Kamali 10 weeks out to start the usual tactics. You didn't and I started to respect you for that because I thought you realized you had made some mistakes along the road and wanted to put it all behind you.
At the NY Pro I think you looked great and was happy to see you back in shape...not like your early years but much better than the latest....but I have to say the way you carried yourself on stage especially with your posing routine was typical "loud mouth" obnoxious Kamali. You could of came in the NY Pro with a routine that shows your awesome posing talents and not this "in your face screw you assholes" type of message. People might of given you a little more credit and respect for you and your physique and accomplishments for the NY Pro..

You bring this upon yourself brother. You have a beautiful wife and I hear you are a good man. Show that side if it's true and I gaurantee you there won't be any haters....

Just a suggestion from one Pro to another....
