All pro sports require some risk, Jay seems more sensible than most for some reason. His wife Kerry was a high school sweetheart from back in his HS days. I think they are one of the most stable couples in the sport. Perhaps they are a role model of how to act and live in this crazy sport.

I think like 1 in 8 ppl get skin cancer in their lifetimes. usually treatable if caught early on.

My friend got skin cancer and she was going to the tanning bed everyday. It was pretty bad, she had to go through a lot, lost her hair and all. Now she is doing great, she has all her hair back and she helps market that new mystic tan stuff.

yes fake boobs. on the other hand,, i like the wife a lot. she is exteremly good to him very loyal nice and down to earth educated and most important!!! love him and could care less if he had muscle on him or not. good chic

Agree, I've met Kerry a couple of times at Jay's appearances and not only is she beautiful, but a very nice, down to earth lady. Kerry deserves a lot of the credit regarding Jay and his successes. He's a lucky man.

Are you sure about that? I am pretty sure I remember him saying somewhere that he always takes time off from tanning in order to let his skin heal. Maybe twice a day getting ready for a show, but I doubt it in the offseason.

You're right, I don't think he does it much during the offseason, I remember last year in February he was pretty white. But leading up to contests he tans a lot. In Ripped to Shreds he said he was tanning twice a day about a week out from the show. Recent guest posing pics show that he may be tanning a little more than previous offseasons. I get to meet him in July and I will be sure to post pics!

I never use a spotter for anything. I do most free weights on a smith like Dorian did. If you cant lift it by yourself don´t lift it.
