his abs are holding way too much water if he can get rid of it then...... he would place last anyway....with that symmetrical back and chest
i like him but that`s the truth
Is this a joke? Silvio out of the money? Henry behind james? King at number 6?
From what I saw at the show, symmetry isn't what gets you placed, otherwise Silvio and Henry should've placed much higher and Kamali much lower.

I love this pic...The Russian is my newest screen saver. Not this pic though. I find this one more artistic. More realistic, an image of a man who needs to be taken care of.....I could climb that mountain.. Sandra

he's what, 27? once he gets his shit together and figures out how to make it work in the states he'll be dynamite. might not win any big shows but he'll impress the hell out of people and get a good following for himself.

I think Alexander has had a kidney condition and can no longer take diuretics, and his body is now holding more water than earlier in his carrear, bad reactions or overusage can result in a change of the body and the way it regulates its water.
The post olympia grand prixs are the worst times as guys are taking diuretics for up to 2 weeks, this sort of time frame or even every couple of days can do carrear ending damage to your kidneys, your body needs to return to normal before dosing again, hes definatly looks stressed and i wouldnt mind betting this is the problem stoping him from finding the condition he achieved earlier in his carrear.

whether he placed or not he still got the priceless thing called experiance, bodybuilding is a constant learning experiance and the more you compete the more you learn about what works and what doesnt,he has all the potential in the world imo and the sky is the limit for him if he wants.i really respect the fact that even in defeat the man made no excuses and gave aton of credit to the others who placed well,he will win over the hearts of fans all over the world with his personality,i know im still on his bandwagon,to many people are always praising the winners but soon as the winners get beat they are the first to bash them, the sport needs classy people like alex if we are gonna keep the sport going in a positive direction

What does being in the United States have to do with dieting? How could he just completely forget how to diet?

Maybe he didn't have "something" that he normally uses before shows?

I agree sandra. So much for the abdomen mandates.
Federov is just a classy no nonsense guy. I like him. When guys travel for shows, all sorts of things can go wrong. Who knows. Even with some of his structural flaws, if he can get his 2003 condition back, he'll be a contender in the smaller shows because of his size. His legs are unbelievable.

iSilvio s too narow and his lat is too high.
ok, too narrow, too high...compared to let's say....Kamali
Having a gut is ok, high lats not okay. narrow bad, bloat good.
Someone, tell me what the rules of judging are. I am trying to learn more about this "sport".
It is what it is..... Sandra

His segment in the BFTO 2005 training back was boring as hell. He only did cable movements. Federov really needs to pic up a barbell
