my first show in 2000 i won the overall in the open and juniors    

then natioals  didn;t place    there was 49 lightheavies that year  iwas around 17 or 18 to be honest

then i quit lifting totally for 4 years and took up motorcycle raceing  (don;t ask)

i starte dtraing again abou t18 months ago  i just got 4th in pittsburg   still trying to figure thewhole diuretic thing out  kinda confused on it

my senior year i couldn't afford to pay for a/c, so i only slept like an hour a night, so i feel your pain.

my parents gave 2 grand a semester   that was it     i had to pay for everything else   food, clothes, supplemnts  (think whgat you want on that one , lol) spending money  etc

i worked 30 plus hrs  while takeing 15 credits   and finished school with no debit and 5 grand in the bank

i was lucky enough to have scholarship also though

Bob, was around 250lbs off season and 230 on stage at 6'1. BTW...check your ego at the door son!!

i started at 21 to 22  astopped until i was 26  been on and off every 6months since i was 26 i am 28 now   i don;t discuss what i use   just know its minimal

ok fair enough....then another question, how many pounds do you gain (obviously talking about muscle) in those 6 months being on and then how much of that do you lose during the 6 months off?  keep anything?

i hold 220 clean go up to about 235  then i start to come back down i am sucking serious weight right now and have actually been dieting for this contest for 20 weeks and i am gonna come in at 198 razor sharp   wasit is under 30  legs over 28 calves almost 19  arms over 20

i never used test beofr ei was 27
i lve winstrol
the only thing i do really diffrent the other people is tha tichange whatever oral i am useing every 2 weeks

Seeing him next to Haney who was either 5'11 or 5'11 and 1/2 they look pretty much the same height.  Bob was a bit taller, but I don't think he was 6'1.

I remember when i first competed at 17 years old, someone said a guy in my weightclass had the same type of body as Bob Paris and I thought of him as a massmonster then, LOL.
But when you look at it now, masswise thats looks quite attainable for most people, not saying whoever can look like that, but hold that type of mass.
Man how the times have changed, you could actually compete in Mr.O with Bob Paris musclemass then, amazing!
