FREE PERFORMANCE-ENHANCING INFORMATION

Here is where we share with you free science-based information. We are not interested in feel-good promises and the hyped information you are generally exposed to. We are constantly on the search for credible information based on science and some of it is freely available, albeit difficult to find. We are searching for you and will be updating this page consistently. So please check back frequently. However, since we just launched JOPP we have not had the time to search out and upload a great deal of information yet. But since Pure Power was a magazine solely based on facts, we thought that for starters we would share some of our articles with you. Enjoy, learn, apply, PR!
