Well, yesterday, I got off-track. I ate enough, but I downed 5 Rolling Rocks and had two smokes.
I guess my one achievement over the weekend was not drinking any caffeine Saturday through Monday.
Anyways, back to hitting it hard today, but with a little more caffeine than I wanted.
