i used to train like a psycho and was always getting injured

nowadays i train with good form and never go below six reps

i rarely get injured now and look just as good

no i can train harder but why would i. it does not necessarily give me more muscle and it can only increase the risks of getting injured more.
i dont even bench press squat and deadlift anymore. why would i.
