Looking good Goudy, really thick.

I'm working on a format for the show, but a few people have mentioned (via pm) that they would be interested in competing but find themselves too far out from competition weight and unable to diet down in time for the contest.... unless we change the date.

What do you guys think?

Oh, and by the way, due to this contest stemming from his challenge to other members... True Adonis is technically the "honourary defending champion", and will be referred to as such on the official thread.

Anyways I would be ready to place high if the contest were next week!!
I think im going to add somemore mass then do another cutting session in Aug., leaving me Six weeks out !!!

If you guys want to know how I feel about Milos' lil challenge, I took the ez curl bar threw on a 45 and 10 on each side and repped it for 8 times (perfect , no swing form) Now im not in the business of stregnth training but I will be damned to see his lil biznatch do that ...
