What kind of benefits you get from it?  Can't believe it tastes better than MM because that is some sweet tasting protein.

it has alot more protein and calories and as far as taste goes MM is the nastiest protein i have ever tasted and as far as cyto-gainer MHP up your mass is better

MM always had a nice taste to it.  You mean CG is even better?

One thing for sure, no matter what MM claims, everytime I use that I get fat off it.
