ps: a friend of mine who does weightlifting squat 405 for 4 or 5 reps and weight around 170 lbs  all that at 18 years old

I can do it but I am not trying to build my legs up because they are huge already.  Legs are never too huge. I stopped doing squat cause my ass is starting to overpower everything

Well my trainer have me doing hack squat from a strange angle. I tried it tonight, it was ok, good pump in the quads. I'll see tomorrow if my glutes are sore

LOL...Dude, if your doing any type of exercise where glutes come into play your ass is going to hurt, grow or get stronger. It's the biggest muscle group in your body, what do you expect? Your glutes are just about everything related to lower body.

Yeah i didn't know that thanks  jsute saying that there must be some ways to work my legs where the glutes won't works as much. I am to the point where my quads and hams don't grow, only my glutes.
