I've run this exact cycle

wk 1-161000mg sust wk
wk 1-12 600mg deca wk
wk 9-14 winny 50mg ed

Very basic, but very good cycle...you should be pleased with the gains.

Add in 4wks of prop at the end, and some a-dex and hcg along with proper PCT and you should have a great cycle.

also try to eat few time a day , with a lot of proteins and carbos, ..
