to the fella who sed ive thick wrists!! what! nine ore literally just over 7" that aint thick. honestly forearms in particular are one of those muscles you got them you got them.

I believe Goudy's forearm claim. I am the exact same height and mine are 14 3/4 inch flexed. Each one!  :o  They freak me out!

Thanks Jez!  Yep, that's from right b/f I left the house for the night show.  Too bad you guys didn't see the posing routine.  My music was off the hook!!!  My friend at work hooked me up...

oh, and Jez:  i've seen your pics as well!  the back shot is incredible!  you used to carry more muscle but you look more feminine and approachable this way.  You still doing personal training?

i know i need work on several areas.  I tried something that backfired and smoothed me out b/t pre-judging and the night show.  I was harder/drier the night b/f at weigh in.

i should post an offseason pic...it's quite different.  i eat every 2 to 2 1/2 hours when dieting, every 3 normally.
