yes, I did.  Manoli said it is for power lifters who want to squat 700lbs and up and not have to worry about the bar coming down since it is spring hinged.  I can't wait to see how it works.

i stared off as the latter back in 1999.  based on members pics i think most of the people start off posting here because they're searching the internet for workout advice and come upon this place....and thus the majority of the people here arent big or in good shape, but are wannabe bodybuilders.   i think your local gym might have a greater percentage of big guys than getbig does.
