While juicing and getting big will undoubtedly put a strain on Don's kidney(s), it's not such a big deal in and of itself...  getting big isn't the hard part, it's probably a tiny fraction of the stress he'll put on himself by attempting to get into contest shape again.

I really hope Long isn't foolhardy enough to put his body through the abuse of getting shredded for a contest.  Because that's what it is, abuse.  Some people's bodies can handle it (for a while) and others cannot.
