I disagree completely.  He's got poor timing and he's unexplainably lacking in pursuit of a win, but he certainly does NOT qualify as a gym rat.

  JIM VEST is a huge bodybuilder.. and YES he can do great damage in the coming shows if he knows what works for him 2 weeks out of the show..... first time i saw him it was in GETBIG, the time they posted his pics i said to my wife DAMN here we go we got another problem other than LEE priest and Andreas Frey   i was hoping to meet him during the show and shake hands but didnt get the chance   i believe JIM and RHINO both of them gonna be the most improved this year in PDI

not one to post much on the boards...but just figured I'd chime in on this one since I've spoken to Jimmy a few times and have seen him train back in the day.  the first time I saw him he put up 475 on flat bench for a few reps at the local Bally's.  I also used to work at a GNC and his friend had a gym in the same mall as well so he'd stop in here and there.  very nice guy and down to earth...still kind of intimidating though haha.  judging by his website, it's not clear if he's gonna compete again or not.  I agree that if his prep goes better that he'd be capable of doing some damage.  so I guess we'll see.

i think i heard that befor or some thing like:

# PDI is nothing
# LEE is not doing NY NOC
# PDI will not last a year
# there will be no other show than NY NOC
# NY NOC been cancelled
# No cash for top 3!!

Well so far every thing what been posted against PDI didnt turn right!  i dont blame u of saying that coz PDI is moving to fast and its HARD for u to catch up with it and believe in it
this year PDI gonna have more than 5-7 shows and there is more BIG NAMES on the way you wont even BELIVE IT   just wait and u will see!
