It's probably to much blood rushing to your head. I get that, when I do front squats.

I get them when I'm squatting occassionally.  It starts about 2 to 3 sets in, once I'm really starting to add weigh on.  Only thing I've found that helps to really drink water, more than usual, I think it might be due to your body starting to become dehydrated, and the extra stress could be leading to headaches.

Any time I go above 600lbs on squats, I get a headache.
Same thing happens as soon as I go over 30 reps with 405lbs.

Drives me crazy .

I had the same problem but these headaches felt like I was just hit in the side of the head with a baseball bat.  I wouldn't be able to do anything strenous for more then 4 reps, so I usually just ended the workout whenever that happened.  Get your blood pressure checked out and work on your breathing while your repping out.  I got my blood pressure back to normal and I'm not having any more issues with it so I suggest you get a reading before you have an aneurism

Only way you’re going to get rid of it by drinking some cold water. Replenish yourself after every two sets and see what that does for you.

I'd say it could be bad breathing or not drinking enough water.
