Bob:  Ever been to Federal Hill?  The food will keep you there.  Just ask Mike Quinn.  I recently saw him and Vinny Paz eating @ Angelo's.  Vinny must be a bloated 250.  That ziti and veal parm will do it every time.  Quinn was huge and hard to tell but must be 300 minus the gold.
