40lbs in a month, that's pushing it, even with the clen and t-3. Second thing, taking t-3 without AAS will cause you to lose muscle mass, this is inevitable to some degree when t-3 is involved, but that is why it is recommended to take AAS when taking t-3 as to help preserve some of the muscle. Next thing, you said you'd hardly be working out, bad idea IMO, again, you want to hang on to all the muscle you can when dieting, and the more you have the faster your metabolism is going to run. Doing tons of cardio, a starvation diet, t-3 and clen along with little weight training? You may drop the 40lbs but I don't think your approach is going to yield pleasing results...if your not carefull, the bulk of the weight loss will be muscle mass, then you'll just be a 180lb skinny guy.
As far as dosing of the 2 go:
Clen 2wks on 2wks off, 40mcg-140mcg ed...once yo find the dose your comfortable with you can just start with that, for instance I always start at 120-140mcg
T-3 ramp up ramp down, 50mcg-100mcg-50mcg...just an example, you can start lower at 25mcg and increment up 25mcg per wk instead of 50mcg, up to you.
