I was out of town for the last couple days with very limited access to a computer/net and would like to get a rundown of all that has transpired with kamali and 240.  If someone could give me a summary of all this it would be most appreciated.  Thanks.

This case is going nowhere.  As a public figure, Kamali has a much higher burden of proof to win in civil court.  As far as criminal charges, is it won't go anywhere.
