In year of 2003 some russian dude 1stly ever has said on gayhem board that Alex Fedorov will put all the competition in the pose of cancer. In Russian to put someone rakom is to put someone bent down to fuck. The cancer disease in russian is also called rak and the guy forgot that in English the things ain't the same and cancer no any near means having putting someone bent down, nevertheless the mistake has been done and it all started from there. So kamali wins the pose of cancer hands down and the 1st pics aren't the pose of cancer poses.

Theonlyone is the only one who seems to understand that the pose of Cancer is the doggy style squat pose Kamali is in on page one. The rest is just Xmas trees...
