Yes, a bit like Dennis, who is a great champion, but a much narrower waist.  The small skin issues will clear up with tanning and color added.  In the other pics I have seen, getting cut and in good shape isn't a problem for him.  If he can bring the condition he had at world's last year with the added mass of this year....look out.

 He's a freak alright...ginormous delts...could he beat Heath? I dont think so...he can give him a run but Heath has no flaws...this guy has some structural flaws...his skin isnt a problem with tan/color on...it depends on how conditioned he can show up on game day.

I saw pics from the contest where he turned pro and now he looks way bigger. In the contest pics his quads didn't really impress me, but wow what a turnaround. I never saw the six weeks out pics from his pro qualifier, but he had to be at least 15-20lbs lighter at that time than now.
