Is it just me or do the pros exhibit crappy form? From watching this, it sure seems like they jerk the weights around and do really quick reps (and often partial reps). Makes me realize how much of their growth is due to steroids and illegal supplements than proper, hard training. It'd be interesting to start of a post with pics of pros before and after steroids to show how much growth they gained with chemicals.
Yeah, that's pretty much all I saw too. Sloppy form, breaking every lifting rule, quarter reps, etc. Then people will come on here telling us "Well it's obviously working for them, so what do you know?" Yeah, the drugs are working good.
