week 1-12 sus 250 500mg
 week 1-12 deca  200mg
 week 13-15 nolva 20mg ed

 stats
200lb, 10% bf, 6'  im a newbi  only my 2nd cycle

*Run your test 16 wks...although optional, switch to prop the last 4 wks. Deca at 200mg wk will provide some good joint relief and with the added test it will help in gains somewhat.

*If you decide to bump up the deca dose to 400mg wk, which would be a more sufficient dose, you're going to want to raise test doses slightly.

*Another option would be to add in proveron if you keep the test at 500mg wk and deca at 400mgwk but there is no guarantee this will be sufficient to keep libido functioning...a very individually based kind of thing.

*If you go with the prop at the end of cycle and drop deca 3-4wks before last prop pin, PCT starts the next day. If you go with sust until the end, then PCT starts 3wks after last pin...either way, bump the nolva dose up to 40mg ed the first wk, 30mg 2nd wk and 20mg 3 and 4th wk if you go 4 wks.

If you are a newbie:

Week 1-12 test enth 500mg
Week 13-16 test prop 500mg (optional or just continue the test e)
Week 1-12 deca 200mg

arimidex 0.5 mg ed throughout cycle
hcg 300mg every 5 days throughout cycle
