Help! Bodybuilding friendly restaurants in Manhattan

I'll stay in NYC for about one week. Can you guys recommend some good places where one can eat clean at a reasonable price?
Thanks a lot!

Grocery Market

Again, thanks, good advice, but I'm staying in a hotel so I won't have a kitchen and not even a microwave.
Of course I will have my whey proteins, but my question was for the main meals. I know it's easy to find sushi places, steakhouses, or seafood restaurants, but many of these are too expensive or just low quality.
I was just curious if any of you guys was able to recommend some convenient place in terms of quality/price ratio.

Unless your willing toshell out the $$ forthe hotelfoodor expensive steak houses, you will either have to go to the grocery and grab some things or pack protein bars and powder MRPs to mix, along with jerky
