anything that adds hundreds of pounds to a lift is ridiculous. the 'record' now is 1000+lbs

im not saying its easy, but i dont find it too respectable, especially when people claim a huge bench but cant even get close to it benching normally.

True, it may be a skewed record but most people would be crushed just lifting 400 pounds off the rack. Thus, I give the girl credit. When she is lean, she is very attractive. Not androgenized to the least.

Why are people even allowed to use shirts? What is the point? Why not just make it a lift with no help except your own body?
