Behold..the Incredible Kim Chizevsky! Awesome when she was a female bodybuilder...and even more sexier as a fitness competitor. For those of you who dont know...she was also in the Jlo Movie called The CELL

Thing is Sepe learned how to train to be small and fit and attain a physique, Morris is still trying to find it, it's going to be hard, alot of change, and diet cant have that much protein, you eat like a girl really it feels. And yes losing that much muscle and strength is a mind fuck. One day you wake up having to roll out of bed on pillows next day your just waking up like a normal person, sitting up.  :'(

That before shot of Sepe is a perfect example of how "pro bodybuilding" simply means "more gear".  It's only that is so common place today that people don't think much about it, but really, the sport is shot.  Monster drugs usage and that's about it.  I look around the gym and wonder what is the point.  Unless you have extreme genetics to take you to the Olympia, why bother?  Aside from that, I would get little satisfaction from gaining because of drug use.  I think most people are delusional and think that extreme drug use, means "hardcore", to me it just means "hardcore drug use".

Have you noticed that when on the sauce these guys have ultra maculine and angry looking faces, but when they go off they look like pussies. They look completely different.

Steroids must grow the jaw muscles or something? What's going on?
