In a recent UK documentary about little Hercules they showed a pic of him when he was a baby - and he had a six pack. I've got no doubts that his dad was feeding him anavar and low doses of dbol - but not when he was a baby. But who cares if he can beat slanty wing wong in a fight. Get a life :)

3 hours is 10,800 seconds.

I think a pushup takes more than a second to complete. Or does anyone actually believe the kid was oscillating continuously at 1Hz for three hours?

Agreed, you can't see any definition on 99.99999999% of kids under 10.  You know this kid is going to do nothing for the next 14 years but exercise and study Kung-Fu, when he is 20 years old he will be unstoppable.

I was only pointing that out because somebody had already elaborated on the timeframe per pushup and 1.2 does sound a bit more reasonable than 0.9.
