I definitely agree Luke has superior genetics...you could give 100 guys the same drugs and training and maybe 2-3 of them would be able to put on that much muscle. He just doesn't have full biceps, which is one of those things you can't hide. If Luke had average biceps, he'd be a top 10 guy.

Nonetheless, he looks awesome in the photos and I'm sure unreal in person.

thanks mr ed!! all these comments from you guys i appreciate very much and building a good solid fan base is most important to me!!! one thing though, my arms are not average its the fact that my delts over power, whcih is not a bad thing!! have big delts and just as important as having big arms! but at this level we have to next to perfect to place high. and for the record i have saod this a thousands times, yes my arms are an inch behind what they need to be, but thay are an inch better than they could be! i will will get there. if i can one step on olympia stay and make top 10 with the calibre of todays guy, than i am a happy man. i won heavyweight mr australia at 21 and turned pro at 23. i have won mr australia 6 times and i am the one bodybuilder in australia. so i say this in a humble way, that i have already achieved alot of things that i am very proud of

no weeks out. just for the guest pose and not far off how i look all year round. i dieted 2 weeks hard before guest pose. i eat very clean all year round. i never ever go over 9% bf

He's right, try dropping your shoulders down a bit. This will widen out your clavicals and also spread your chest out and give it the appearance of better thickness. Not trying to be a smartass, just tryin to help.
