He updated my diet for the week, gimme honest thoughts....too much for my size right now.....I guess the addition of test will help out but it seems like a god awful amount!   Gotta be done though!

ok, with your help, I made some changes.....thoughts?  I hope it looks good...took us a lot of constructing, timing, etc.....seems like all clean to me....

my 1st cycle i just did 500mg of test for 10wks and gaind 30lbs i ate all the time no matter what it was. I was trying to get as much food in me as possible and it worked i went from a tiny 130 to a decent 160 dosent seem like alot but 30lbs is alot on me or anyone else for that matter it wasnt all muscle of cource but I would say that half was I gained alot of strength aswell I was coming off a broken wrist and lost alot of weight and strength I was in a cast for 3 months so you could imagine. My second cycle was 800mg of test 400 deca and dbol I didnt gain alot of weight because I fucked up the cycle but strength went up alot I went from benching 205 to 245 which is pretty good I think. I am taking some time off right now but I will be back in the gym soon. I am planning on the next cycle to be 800 test and some eq maybe anadrol I am not sure yet. Right now I am at 160 still because I have lost some weight during my time off but I hope to be 190-195 by this time next year. I am not in here saying that I am a monster BB I just wanted to post my training and cycles for you guys to see and tell me what you thought about them.
