it's the slin/gh combo

it makes them look amazing for a couple years, then its downhill (see: Dorian, Jay, Nasser, Kovacs, Kamali, Polumbo etc . . .)

Agreed. Those guts are HGH, Insilin and IGF-1. And they are not the only ones. Look at Ruhl, Gunter and even Dexter now.

I agree with you sarcasm.
If you have 300lbs,you cant do anything with your mid section.
Have to eat carb a lot to maintain muscle fullness. And imagine, if you do heavy squat like them,you need a lot of muscle in your mid section. Just impossible to carry that much mass without huge mid section.
Coleman has ploblem with their attitiude(Posing) before he gets call out; Just He is waiting his call out with sticking out his guts and relaxed.
So if his abs are tense,no problem.
In short,he should tense his abs all the time on stage like Shawn.

Thats why Shawn trained that aspect(Posing). Its true isnt it Shawn?
I was on stage more than 10 minutes and didnt have any problem.(OK not tensing all the time. But Ronnie is relaxing his abs all the time)
