All kidding aside, this is what I use in my hair to "tame" it.  Unlike like gel, it doesn't dry hard.  Good stuff for all you hair conscius metros...

I've used that - but too greasy for my taste...  I use Ice Glue by Joico all the time.  It holds like a MF and is even water resistant (which is awesome for places where it's humid or those sweaty clubs  ).  Believe it or not, caffiene is an ingredient in this product...

I started working with Tamee Marie 2 years ago. She has both my 2013 and 2014 Olympia suits. We decided together that we would auction off the suit on Ebay and donate all proceeds to a charity of my choice. If you know me, you know I LOVE my pit bulls!! Both my little Angels, Kaia and Dboh, were rescued from abusive and neglectful homes.  I am choosing to donate all the money to New York Bully Crew rescue. I have been follow @newyorkbullycrew on instagram for awhile now. They are a nonprofit organization based out of Long Island, but outreach for them is nationwide.  NYBC is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and finding FURever homes for all rescued pups. NYBC turns no dog away and they continuously have hugeeeeee vet bills from the pups they rescued that have been absuive, neglected, or fought. So this is my way (and your way) of helping.

Suit will be up for auction starting Monday, January 5th and will be posted for 5 days. I will post the ebay link on Facebook Monday.

i do like the pics from the  50-60s though of youu hitting that side chest. at age 19!! 4 decades ago? or 5 decades?

and you pretend,  thong  this thong that,  as if your being derogatory to the very hing you loved and have loved your whole life

yeah keep putting down the thing you loved at 19 and that you love today

    you got me wrong. i'm just kidding you it's something we humans do. i would like to see your current condition not to ridicule you just to ascertain how you've changed in five years. don't take yourself so seriously, i don't, meaning me. my life changed for the better or worse when i got a barbell set at age 8 and followed the teaching included with the set.
