What are you on man? You think thats impresive? LOL!

Built a bit like Julien Greaux (the Euro chap with the funny accent on The Fit Show latest episode); small but cut. Strong tricep accentuation.

Whilst I certainly agree with you when you say that he's probably a small-time user, I could not disagree more with your assessment of his physique. He posesses a very small and thin physique, and looks weaker than my little sister... Phenominal? Not quite, my friend...
You're a pro, right? I, too, compete. Take it from me: Guys like Layne should not be encouraged. He already thinks that he's so much better than he really is. You know this.

I have a serious question for all of you: Why waste so much time discussing this waste-'o-flesh, when there are bigger and better bodybuilders in every single gym in the USA????????????

i dont know norton nor do i care to know him on a personal level. i just say what i see,,genetics got nothing to do with bodybuilding at an amatuer level. only time genetics will help you is if you do nationals and going for your pro card. other than that you can have fucked up genetics to begin with,, like palumbo,, and be a state/national average competitor.

in rare cases "average genetic" bodybuilders will too win their pro card and will grow to have wonderful careers(see dorian yates,,mr kovacs and the such)

Yeah, I have never been to a gym?   ::)

Here is a video of me doing some t-bars rows:

http://www.wannabebig.com/vids/Chris%20-%20TBar%20Row%20-%20305.mov

I have more videos if you would like to see them.

i've found it is better to use 25 pound plates on the t-bar row. it gives you a fuller range of motion. with 45s, the plates hit your chest too soon. yeah, it is a pain to load up the 25s, but it is worth it

watch out, this is where GH15's jealousy and bitterness towards Jay Cutler comes out.
