To keep things in perspective: Bezos is 5'6" and probably weighs about 140.

He's in good shape for a man of his age, but he doesn't do any heavy lifting, and that kind of physique is naturally attainable if you do light exercise and have a personal chef that cooks healthy meals.  I don't think that he's on more than TRT + an anti-aging regimen, if even that.

In reality that's a physique that would look decidedly impressive in-person. Definitely on some test and GH from an "anti-aging" doctor. Probably does some serious cross fit and bodybuilding type of workouts with a personal trainer.  You guys who don't think he looks muscular probably haven't seen pics of yourselves in a similar context.

He is definitely going through a mid life crisis, that's for sure. Left his role as CEO of Amazon, spends majority of his time focused on his hobby company Blue Origin chasing his nostalgic childhood dream of space travel, divorces his wife and dates a supermodel, starts lifting weights with assistance of being on TRT (obvious signs from his bloated face due to high e2 and to disproportionately large traps), and vacationing around the world in yachts. Not hating, it's just obvious where he's at in his life and current mindset. YOLO Jeff. Keep living it up.
