I honestly expected better from someone so full of him self. Now, your not a horrible bodybuilder and im not a the best either but honestly you should take a few years from "competting" and seriously eat and put some good size on your frame. You have decent potential to build a good physic depending on what you want. If i were you i would take years away from dieting and get to deadlifting squating and some seriouse powerbodybuilding and eating and get your weight up through the roof, while staying fairly lean. Other than that you look pretty lean and you might place well, although im not sure who is entering but im sure myesone (sp?) is going to crush you!.

I don`t think Alexxx photoshopped those pics....He just has some work to do...I think he will get there...He does have the right attitude,couple that with a good work ethic and thats all it is going to take.

Thanks TA I been training 2 1/2 -3hours of weights a day. Everyday.

You have some good size at that low bodyfat percentage! I gotta work extra hard.. maybe up it to 5 hours a day.

Oh no go right ahead.. I live in a freacking cage. There's barely any room to breathe in what I call my bedroom..

Probably around 15 pounds and 3 inches of my waist. Another 3 to go!

If your working out as long as you say.  You may be overtraiing.  Let your muscles rest dont go over 90 minutes each workout.  Workout each muscle once a week.  eat right and youll stay fairly cut.

I told you Alexxx, that you just have to be real with yourself.  You were saying that you were 10 percent bodyfat at 230.  No idea if you really thought this or if you were just saying it bullshitting around, either way it does not matter as long as you know what the REAL TRUTH is.  That way you can figure out a way to make things work.

None whatsoever; gains that won't last (check out your retired pros), a far poorer physique when you go off the sauce than if you hadn't gone on at all in the first place (what will happen to guys like Lee Priest once they retire), gyno, acne everywhere, wasted money, depression once you stop your cycle, shrunken balls, broken ethics, permanent damage to your health, poorer quality of living spent in hospital bed later on in life, major misery as a result of all the aforementioned...no matter what anyone tells you, no drug will eliminate all these. So stay natural lifetime, steadfastly resist the temptation to destroy yourself, be a better man and save your money for tons of organic chicken, turkey and grassfed beef.

as someone pointed out before, lighting (especially shadows like adonis uses) and angles make a WORLD of difference....
