I was going to but the entire thread was nothing but attacks on King. I'm all for fun and games but come up with something creative and not the same old crap. Is that the best you guys can come up with is the tired old pictures that have been around all year to try and clown everyone?

I delete shit on Shawn Ray's mom, him being a tranny lover, etc. as well. How is posting countless threads with the same photos contributing anything? It's in the same boat as those posting shit about Shawn's mom. I'm all for fun and creative posts and critism on the guy's physique but he's a loser, he's fat, he's a bum is old and 12 year olds have more creativity. It's not about me holding anyone's hand. King deserves getting shit but again come up with something new beyond the same old shit.

I think the idea that "all this talk will help King sell more dvds" is penny wise, pound foolish.

It's a short-term justification for what will be a longterm problem.

he might sell ten extra DVDs this week, but at what cost?

This week 10,000 people are reading about how bad he looks.

king is already past the "Attention" phase of the standard AIDA marketing. "Any pub is good pub" only works when you're breaking into a market. He should be focusing on Interest, Desire, and Action. Being mocked on 15 different threads and bringing a lifetime worst to the stage does not create mcuh interest, and certainly doesn't elicit desire and encourage action on the part of potential buters.

My 2 cents.

It creates interest to see what he looks like next show and the show after that. What if he comes back and does redeem himself what will you say then? He got a gift, right?

I'm not defending King. He's a big boy and can hold his own. Rob, you're a creative guy come up with something new on King or are you afraid you'll get sued?

Any momentum gained is 2 steps forward after 200 steps back that he took this weekend. At this point, if "I can't possibly look any worse than I did last week" is his only card to play, his long-term options are shot, IMO.

I'm loved and HATED for my outspokenness...but no one will ever be able to say that I don't tell it like it is.

I don't know the details, but if Shawn did in fact throw his mother under the bus (for any reason), then he should be taken to task for it. I'm not going to call him out on it myself, because I don't know the facts...but when factual stuff is being presented here, GetBig (and its writers/moderators) gains a lot more credibility by allowing the truth to stand.

And the truth is that King just likes being in the bodybuilding 'news' and for what it's worth, the guy DOES bring some entertainment value to the table.
