Info on Ronnie's New DVD

From Ronnie :

"The new DVD training is going good, I did some 250lbs dumbells in it. I got some other heavy lifts in it too. This DVD is gonna be one of the best, its gonna have off-season and precontest training plus some Olympia footage."

I heard that Black-Eyed Pea in Arlington burned down.  At least there still is the grits egg and cheese dish whick IMO is pretty tasty with some Equal.  Those "Yeahhhhh Buddaaaaayyyy!!!! Light weight!!!" are timeless.  ;D

Great to know. I have both his other dvds and they are phenomenal. Great motivation to hype you of before working out.

Ronnie's videos are THE BEST. Period.

Ronnie not only has the amazing lifts, and amazing physique but he also has an amazing charisma and comes off as very nonchalant. Very fun and educational videos.

In my opinion his best video is a tie between the Unbelievable and his first training video (1997). In the '97 video he talks a ton and you really learn a lot about Ronnie whereas the unbelievable is just that, unbelievable lifts.

They need to get Hulkster to write a review for this one.

The sites that sells these vids should get Hulkster to write a review for all Coleman's vids.

They could get ND to write a review for B&G.

Or, even more fun, they could become the new Siskel and Ebert of bodybuilding.
