Actualy good synthol use is some what hard to detect , usualy in the area it has been applyed there will be a smoothing of the muscle in a dieted state as compared to other muscle groups and thats about all and maybe a shine from localised swelling, but poor synthol use is very obvious , with abnormaly bulbous or peaks in muscle groups !!
