 If you want to be a fireman in Chicago...first off, it's a PIPE DREAM and if you dont have the right last name or person making a phone call for you or greasing up the right person in HR...forget about it!!!! "That could be me someday" hahaha...yea okay if your last name is Orozco, Hoff, O'Donnell. Or...if you are an UNqualified mooly or 100lb woman who absolutley can't pull hose...pull a ladder off a truck...need help putting gear/equipment on...can't do ANYTHING on a fire scene except to LOOK and pretend being busy.

 Hahahaha...got to love liberal politics in Chicago.

I do the same things myself, and the stress and pressure of trading / investing in stocks and buying and selling real estate is nowhere near as bad (to me) as it was when I was slaving away with the other sheep in Corporate America, making The Man richer at the expense of my own health and sanity. Life (and work) is much more enjoyable and FAR more rewarding nowadays. I go to great pains to minimize risk - my worst fear in life is having to go back to working for someone else someday.

Lies. I work for a leading pharmaceutical company and production managers there dont make that much ($60K-$70K plus10% ann bonus) , and i KNOW the pay scale at a pharm company would be higher than a chocolate company manager. haha.,...

Pharmaceutical research for a contract services organization. i am in the endocrinology and nutrition division. We do Phase II and III pahram work and nutritional studies (foods, supplements, etc.).
